· How much inventory is your market, how do you standout, and what is your track record for escrow closure timelines?
· Tell us about your social and referral based marketing networks, and how you plan to leverage those to find the right buyers?

You won’t end up with pure sales driven folks... if they have too many listings (“bulk listers”), they might not be the right fit for you.
