SPI operates the Real Estate side of the house, while TAI operates the mortgage loan, loan modification, and re-finance businesses.

The senior staff is unusual for this industry - not only are we licensed Real Estate professionals, but several on the team have advanced college degrees - including the top 4 managers who all have MBAs (Masters in Business Administration) from large universities.  Many of us come from leadership positions in corporate America, including such companies as Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, IBM, eBay, and other Fortune 500 organizations.  Others on the team come from the Finance Industry, Human Resources positions, and customer service businesses. 

Headquarters for both companies are in Northern California.
